The Orange County office was founded in 1964 to meet the needs of a major land developer client, becoming the fourth location for Gibson Dunn. In the early years, our lawyers worked out of a trailer on a vast tract of land known as the Irvine Ranch. Today our Orange County office in Irvine, California, offers a full range of legal services provided by more than 80 lawyers. As one of Gibson Dunn’s 21 offices, it is the largest of any international law firm in Orange County, allowing us to provide comprehensive client services in Southern California, across the United States and worldwide.
