Prominent Energy and Infrastructure Financing Dealmaker Gianluca Bacchiocchi Joins Gibson Dunn in New York as Structured Finance Co-Chair

Gibson Dunn announced today that structured finance lawyer Gianluca Bacchiocchi has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group and as Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Practice Group.
Gianluca advises clients on sophisticated financings across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with particular experience in data centers and digital infrastructure, power and renewables, and other major infrastructure projects in the U.S. and globally. His practice spans structured finance, private capital, insurance capital, bank lending, and capital markets transactions, and he has significant experience in Latin America.

These additions deepen the firm’s capabilities across project and structured finance, private capital, M&A, and other complex energy and infrastructure transactions, particularly in data centers and digital infrastructure.
