MergerLinks named New York partner Saee Muzumdar and San Francisco partner Ryan Murr among the top ten lawyers in its 2023 Top Mid Cap M&A Lawyers in North America list. The list was published on March 12, 2024.
Ryan Murr is Co-Chair of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice Group. His practice is focused on representing leading companies and investors in the life sciences and technology space. He has over 25 years of experience representing public and private companies and investors in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, technology, medical device and diagnostics industries in connection with securities offerings and business combination transactions.
Saee Muzumdar is Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group. Her practice includes representing both strategic companies and private equity clients (including their portfolio companies) in connection with all aspects of their domestic and cross-border M&A activities and general corporate counseling. She has significant experience with acquisitions and divestitures of public and private entities (including both negotiated transactions and contested takeovers), venture capital investments, proxy contests, tender and exchange offers, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs, carveouts, joint ventures and other complex corporate transactions.
