Partner Scott Greenberg recently joined hosts James Crombie and Stephen Flynn on Bloomberg Intelligence’s The Credit Edge podcast to discuss emerging trends in liability management exercises (LMEs) on both sides of the Atlantic.

Scott said that while LME activity in Europe is likely to accelerate, it won’t match the pace seen in the U.S., due to differences in market size, legal systems, and cultural attitudes. He also addressed the issue of reputational risk, which continues to shape European markets.

Scott is Global Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group and a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee.
