The American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section has named Svetlana S. Gans as its Committee Officer for a three-year term. The Committee Officer oversees the Antitrust Law Section’s 28 substantive antitrust, privacy, and consumer-protection committees, whose activities range from running programs and publications to preparing policy comments to enforcers and agencies around the world. Her term begins August 8, 2022.
