Texas Lawyer named Hillary Holmes one of its three 2022 Women in Energy, recognizing women lawyers in the energy space who had significant accomplishments in 2021. The awards were presented on September 14, 2022.
Hillary is Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group. She advises corporations, investment banks and private equity firms on long-term and strategic capital raising. She has particular experience in the oil and gas and energy transition industries. She also regularly advises companies on obligations under federal securities laws, corporate governance and ESG issues. She also counsels boards of directors in M&A transactions, take privates and complex situations.
