We also guide hedge funds, private equity firms and financial institutions investing in distressed debt and/or equity through the restructuring and bankruptcy process. Our group excels in the innovative use of Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code to implement restructuring of highly complicated, multijurisdictional, non-U.S. companies.
