Quidel’s merger with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and GE HealthCare Technologies’ spinoff were named among the Impact Deals of the Year at the LMG Life Sciences Awards EMEA 2023. Gibson Dunn advised Quidel and was among the teams advising GE HealthCare Technologies on these deals. The awards were announced on July 13, 2023.
