The Los Angeles Business Journal named Los Angeles partners Theane Evangelis and Kevin Masuda to its annual list of the Top 100 Lawyers in Los Angeles. Their profiles were published on May 16, 2022.
Theane Evangelis is Co-Chair of the firm’s global Litigation Practice Group. She has served as lead counsel in a wide range of bet-the-company appellate, constitutional, class action, labor and employment, media and entertainment, and crisis management matters in trial and appellate courts across the country.
Kevin Masuda is Co-Chair of the firm’s Media, Entertainment and Technology Practice Group and Betting and Gaming Practice Group. He regularly represents content companies including motion picture studios and music companies, technology companies, gaming companies, private equity funds, sports and talent agencies, and other clients in various types of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, restructurings, public and private securities offerings, licensing agreements, sponsorships, and other strategic agreements.
