Paris partner Ahmed Baladi recently authored the article “GDPR Enforcement: How EU Regulators Are Shaping AI Governance” in Financier Worldwide. In the article, Ahmed highlights how the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has become a pivotal enforcement framework for AI and will continue to evolve as the technology matures.
