Partner Allyson Ho, Co-Chair of our Appellate and Constitutional Law Practice Group, recently spoke to Texas Lawyer about the importance of consistently challenging yourself “not to let fear keep you from speaking when you have something to say or acting when you have something to contribute.” She also said that she believes in leading by example and putting the needs of clients and her team first and that all leaders “share a singular commitment to integrity, excellence, and doing hard things.”

Allyson is a finalist for Texas Lawyer’s 2025 Influential Woman of the Year award, which will be presented in Dallas on September 25.
