The Los Angeles Business Journal named Century City partner Ari Lanin among its 2023 Leaders of Influence: Private Equity Investors & Advisors, a list of “the most notable private equity related professionals in the region.” The list was published on June 5, 2023.
Ari Lanin is Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. He advises companies and private equity firms across a wide range of industries, focusing on public and private merger transactions, stock and asset sales, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and public and private capital-raising transactions.
