Christina Brown Rejoins Gibson Dunn’s New York Office as a Business Restructuring and Reorganization Of Counsel

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Christina M. Brown has rejoined the firm as of counsel in the New York office. Brown will serve as a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group.
Brown’s practice will focus on representing clients in bankruptcy and insolvency related matters, financings, debt exchanges, and in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
“Christina is a valued and core member of our team, and we are excited to welcome her home,” said Scott Greenberg, Global Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn’s Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group.
Prior to rejoining Gibson Dunn, Brown was a counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she served as a member of the Financial Restructuring Group.
Brown received her J.D. and LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in 2012. She received her B.S. in Engineering and Architectural Design from Stanford University in 2007. Prior to entering the legal profession, Brown worked as a transportation engineer in Los Angeles, CA.
