Gibson Dunn Adds Finance Partner Madalyn Miller in New York

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Madalyn Miller has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. Miller, formerly with Clifford Chance US LLP, will continue her asset backed finance practice, which is primarily focused on aviation finance, and serve as Co-Chair of the Transportation and Space Practice Group.

About Madalyn Miller 

Miller’s practice focuses on asset backed financing, primarily involving transportation assets. She regularly advises financial investors, many of which are focused on the commercial aviation space, on matters including securitizations, warehouse financings, term loan financings, acquisition financings, as well as asset acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Miller was a partner at Clifford Chance US LLP.

Miller graduated in 2011 from Columbia Law School, where she served as Notes Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
