Gibson Dunn advised eXp World Holdings on its redomestication to Texas from Delaware. The company operates a leading global cloud-based real estate brokerage and technology platform.

In a letter to shareholders, eXp World Holdings founder and CEO Glenn Sanford explained the decision to reincorporate the company to Texas: “We believe Texas offers a governance environment that is clearer, more predictable, and better suited to a company of our size and complexity.”
