Gibson Dunn is representing XOMA Royalty Corporation, a publicly traded biotech royalty aggregator, on its acquisition of Generation Bio Co. (Nasdaq: GBIO), a biopharmaceutical company that was focused on developing treatment technology for people living with T-cell driven autoimmune diseases.
