Gibson Dunn Bolsters Restructuring Practice with Partner Hire in London

Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that Lisa Stevens—who was an associate at the firm from 2011 to 2015— will rejoin the firm as a partner in its Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group in London.

She has deep experience as a leveraged finance lawyer and with cross-border financing structurings involving loans and bonds. Her clients include capital solutions funds, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, other large asset managers and corporates. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University College, London.
