Gibson Dunn was honored with seven awards at the IFLR Middle East Awards 2025, including the prestigious Firm of the Year – UAE: International and Team of the Year – M&A awards. In addition, Marwan Elaraby, Partner in Charge of our Dubai office, took home the UAE Lawyer of the Year award, and Renad Younes, Partner in Charge of our Abu Dhabi office,  was named to the Women Dealmakers Hall of Fame, recognized for her leadership in complex, large-scale mandates, including her work on the KKR/Gulf Data Hub transaction.

Our firm was also recognized for its work across three Deal categories, with wins for landmark transactions including the Talabat IPO (Equity Deal of the Year), KKR / Gulf Data Hub (M&A Deal of the Year), and ADNOC Murban GMTN (Impact Deal).

The awards were presented in Dubai on October 22.
