Gibson Dunn Represented Long Lake Management in $2.75 Billion Financing of Acquisition of American Express Global Business Travel

Gibson Dunn represented Long Lake Management in connection with the $2.75 billion financing for its acquisition of American Express Global Business Travel. The financing transaction included a $1.5 billion term loan facility, $250 million revolving facility, and $1 billion senior secured notes. JPMorgan Chase Bank served as lead arranger for the credit facilities and will serve as administrative agent for the credit facilities.
