Partner Jane Horvath has authored the Dow Jones Risk Journal’s “AI Compliance When the Rules Keep Changing,” which examines the challenges companies face in building AI compliance programs when regulatory requirements in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. are constantly in flux.

Jane notes four things that companies should do when building their AI compliance programs: know what the AI system is capable of doing; restrict the system’s authority; keep an accountable human in the loop; and preserve all records.
