Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level or senior associate (law school class years 2017 to 2021) to join our Life Sciences transactional group; more specifically, to join the team that represents public and private life sciences companies and dedicated healthcare investment funds. The candidate should have experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions for a life sciences company or investment fund, including deep experience with public capital markets offerings (including IPOs, follow-on offerings and ATM facilities), private offerings (including PIPEs, venture capital financings, 1934 Act reporting (e.g., Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)), and public and private company M&A (including structured deals (e.g., earnout-based transactions, product acquisitions, and spin-outs transactions)). Gibson Dunn’s Life Sciences transactional group is entrepreneurial, collaborative and dynamic, and offers a great opportunity for professional growth for the right candidate. CA bar admission, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly, is required.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
