Job Summary
We are looking for an associate to join our excellent finance team (2018-2022 JD). Candidate should have finance experience at a peer firm, including receivables financing, asset-based financing, and/or structured financing, with experience in esoteric asset classes being a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating secured balance sheet financings including credit agreements, pledge agreements, security agreements as well as bond experience including negotiating indentures, note purchase agreements and drafting disclosure documents. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome.
The annual compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000. The salary offered may depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
