Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior to mid-level Intellectual Property attorney with a strong background in life sciences patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) and Biologics (BPCIA) litigation to join our dynamic and nationally recognized IP Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing innovator pharmaceutical companies in patent disputes in district court and before the PTAB.  This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes litigation and contribute to strategy development, litigation management, and client counseling.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 and $390,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
