Lateral Associate – Trade Secrets (SF)

Job Summary

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2019 through 2023 to join the Trade Secrets team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex trade secret, restrictive covenant, unfair competition, and other technology-related commercial disputes. Candidates should have strong litigation experience, including drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and taking or defending depositions. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and prior experience at a peer law firm are required. Technical or scientific backgrounds and judicial clerkship experience are valued but not required.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $260,000 – $420,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
