Litigation Attorney (NY)

Job Summary

We are seeking associates in law school class years 2017 – 2022 to join our litigation team in New York. Qualified applicants will have top law school credentials and substantial complex litigation experience—we are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with securities litigation. Primary responsibilities include developing case strategy, researching and drafting dispositive and contested motions, taking and defending depositions, directing discovery and expert workup, and preparing and examining witnesses at trial, arbitration, and evidentiary hearings. The ideal candidate will have strong securities litigation experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to take on significant responsibility in managing matters.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 and $450,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
