Of Counsel – Off-Track – M&A/ Private Equity (NY)

Job Summary

We are looking for a senior attorney (class years 2015+ or already Of Counsel-level) to join our M&A practice in an off-track Of Counsel role. The attorney will be expected to advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions, and general corporate matters. Candidates must have significant experience handling M&A transactions, a strong understanding of corporate law and market terms, and substantial experience drafting transaction documents and effectively managing deals. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to take on a high level of responsibility and work autonomously are key. The role is expected to involve significant direct client contact and offers an opportunity for entrepreneurial attorneys to develop client relationships and manage matters with a high degree of independence.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $470,000 and above. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
