Outsourcing / Commercial Contracts Associate (NY)

Job Summary

We are seeking an associate in law school class years 2021 through 2024 to join our Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Contacts practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on ITO and BPO outsourcing transactions and a broad base of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, logistics and distribution agreements, contract manufacturing agreements, and fund administration agreements.

The annual compensation range for this position is between $235,000 – $365,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
