Hazim Alfreahat is a staff attorney in the Abu Dhabi office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Projects and Infrastructure, and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups.
Hazim has experience advising clients on projects that cover a wide range of sectors, including energy and infrastructure. Hazim also advises on local and international M&A transactions.
Hazim received his Master of Laws in International Trade and Commercial Law from the Nottingham Trent University. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he previously worked at an international US law firm’s Abu Dhabi office.
Hazim trained at a top-tier firm in Jordan, and has gained his admission to practice in Jordan. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
