Cassie Aprile is a dual-qualified Associate in the London office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, practising in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group. She qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2010, and as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2018.
Cassie specialises in commercial litigation and has experience advising clients on a broad range of complex disputes across various industry sectors, including mining and energy, property, development, banking and general commercial. Most recently, she has assisted in the defence of a UK retailer in the largest private sector equal pay claim to be heard in the English courts.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Cassie practised in the Australian offices of Herbert Smith Freehills and worked as an Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Australia.
