Yehuda Auman is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Yehuda’s practice covers a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, leasing, construction and development, restructurings, recapitalizations and foreclosures of various classes of real estate assets.
Yehuda earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Fordham University in 2018 where he was an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar. Yehuda received his Master of Arts in 2014 and Bachelor of Arts in 2011 in Talmudic Law from Rabbinical Academy Mesivta Rabbi Chaim Berlin. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
