Robert “Trey” Bender is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn and is a member of the Investment Funds Practice Group.
Trey represents private and registered funds and other financial institutions in a range of transactional and regulatory matters.
Trey received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2025. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies in 2021.
Trey is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Idaho.
