Stephen Berg is an associate in the Houston office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices across the firm’s Corporate group, focusing on Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Finance.
Stephen graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Research Assistant to Professor Angela Littwin, and a staff editor on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Political Science.
