Karla Booth is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she practices in the Real Estate Department.
Karla’s practice includes a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in a variety of asset classes, including senior housing, multifamily, office, hotel and mixed use. She represents owners (including senior housing owners), real estate investment funds, real estate investment managers, developers and equity investors in connection with the purchase, sale, financing, development and leasing of commercial real property assets and portfolios, including in joint ventures.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Karla practiced with the firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2012 to 2021 and with Davis, Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2004 to 2012.
She earned her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 2004. Additionally, Karla earned her B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics, summa cum laude, from University of South Florida in 2000.
Karla is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
