Victoria Dodev is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn where she currently practices in the firm’s Capital Markets Practice Group. She represents and advises both public and private issuers, private equity sponsors and underwriters in a variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a specialty in high yield bond offerings, private placements and liability management exercises for multi-jurisdictional transactions in a variety of deal structures including debut issuances, refinancing, acquisitions/LBOs and bridge-to-bond financings.
Victoria received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts International Affairs, Bachelor of Science Economics and Economics Minor, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University in 2016.
