Matthew Dolloff is an associate in the New York office of Gibson Dunn. He is a member of the firm’s Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance Practice Group.
Matt advises public companies on a wide range of corporate law matters, including corporate governance issues, securities disclosure and compliance, company policies, annual shareholder meetings, investor engagement, and shareholder proposals.
Prior to rejoining Gibson Dunn, Matt served as Counsel at Verizon Communications Inc.
Matt received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 2018. He received his Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Michigan in 2014.
