BIOGRAPHY

Imani Forbes is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.

She represents employers in labor and employment matters, including disputes regarding discrimination, retaliation and harassment. Imani also regularly advises clients on best employment practices under federal, state and local law.

Imani received her Juris Doctor in 2019 from Columbia Law School, where she served as Diversity Editor of the Columbia Law Review and Editor and award winning participant of the National Black Law Students Association Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition. She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, from Cornell University.

Imani is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
