Percy Gao is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of Gibson Dunn’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Percy received his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, where he served as language chair of the Asia Law Society. He graduated from Fudan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Law degree in Science of Law.
Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, he practiced with the firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a member of the Corporate and M&A groups, from 2019 to 2022.
Percy is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
