Kriti Hannon is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She currently practices in the firm’s Corporate Department.
Kriti earned her law degree from Yale Law School in 2024, where she received the Stephen J. Massey Prize for her work on behalf of clients in the Community and Economic Development Clinic. She was also Chair of the South Asian Law Students Association. Prior to law school, Kriti was policy analyst at a think tank in Washington, DC.
Kriti earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago in 2018, where she was a Student Marshal and Phi Beta Kappa.
Kriti is admitted to practice law in the State of California, and has been admitted to USDC, Central District of CA.
