BIOGRAPHY

Robert W. Harrington is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice Group.

His practice focuses on the formation, structuring and management of real estate, private equity and infrastructure funds and other investment vehicles, as well as the operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, he advises sponsors and managers on a variety of corporate matters, including marketing arrangements and fund and firm governance.

Mr. Harrington received his Juris Doctor in 2016 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2012.

Mr. Harrington is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
