Ariel Harroch is a partner in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the firm’s Merger and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Ariel has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity representations. Ariel combines a deep understanding of technical tax issues with practical commercial deal experience, rendering him particularly adept at transaction structuring. Furthermore, Ariel has developed specific expertise advising on corporate law aspects of restructuring matters for listed companies.
Ariel advises French and international corporations and investment funds on strategic investments, LBOs, cross-border transactions, joint-ventures, corporate governance matters, management of equity plans and reorganizations, in a variety of industry sectors (including telecommunications, media, financial services, retail, hospitality, logistics and real estate).
