Ariel Harroch is a French qualified partner in the Paris office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions, Private Equity and Tax Practice Groups.
Mr. Harroch is a corporate transactional lawyer whose practice includes extensive mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity representations and structuring tax advice. He advises French and international corporations on matters relating to growth, cross-border operations and reorganizations. He also represents major investment funds on capital investment and capital development transactions (LBOs, PIPEs).

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Mr. Harroch graduated from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1990 and from University Paris XI with a Masters in International Tax law on the same year.
He is fluent in English.
