BIOGRAPHY

Anna Helmer is a Staff Attorney in the Munich office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Group.

Anna Helmer specializes in cross-border internal corporate investigations, anti-corruption compliance and economic sanctions. Ms. Helmer has broad experience supporting clients in the insurance, pharmaceutical, life sciences, automotive, and information technology industries.

Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Ms. Helmer worked in the legal department of a large international insurance company and in the competition law practice group of an internationally operating German law firm.

Ms. Helmer earned her Master of Private Law degree from Russian School of Private Law in 2003. Furthermore, Ms. Helmer obtained a Master of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in 2004. Since 2003, she has been qualified to practice law in the Russian Federation.

Ms. Helmer is a member of the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM).

She is fluent in German, English and Russian.
