Rob Kelley is a corporate associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance Practice Groups.
Mr. Kelley earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2015 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.. Mr. Kelley graduated in 2009 from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Mr. Kelley was an associate in the corporate department at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
Mr. Kelley is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
