Jin Hee is a Global Finance partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She has extensive experience advising sponsors, borrowers, arrangers, agents and lenders, including alternative credit providers on complex U.S. and international syndicated loan transactions, acquisition financings, unitranche and direct lending transactions and preferred equity investments.
Her clients have included Bank of America, Barclays, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Golub, Jefferies, Morgan Stanley and RBC, as well as portfolio companies of CPPIB, EQT and Bridgepoint, among others. Jin Hee’s experience also spans various sectors, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, media, gaming, healthcare and financial services.
In addition to her general transactional financing practice, Jin Hee has an in-depth knowledge of UCC Article 9 and both domestic and cross-border intercreditor issues. Clients have described Jin Hee in The Legal 500 as “a trusted advisor…[who] properly advises in structuring complicated syndicated lending transactions” and “an excellent resource for market information [who] has been able to guide our thinking in terms of different potential financing options.”
Jin Hee received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, graduated cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She received her B.A., with distinction in her major, from Yale University.
