BIOGRAPHY

Anna Peterson is an associate in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher’s Orange County office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department. She represents borrowers, lenders, institutional and non-institutional investors, private equity funds, developers and operators in a broad array of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures. Anna has experience working with a diverse set of asset classes, including multifamily complexes, office and retail buildings, industrial projects, data centers, hotels, and vacant land.

She was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in Real Estate Law in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Anna graduated cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2015, where she served as Articles Editor on The Georgetown Law Journal. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California, graduating summa cum laude and majoring in Political Science with double-minors in Spanish and Business Law.

Anna is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
