Joshua Lim is an attorney in the Singapore office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, and his practice focuses on internal and regulatory investigations, and corporate compliance.
Joshua has experience in complex cross-border investigation matters, involving representation of state-owned enterprises, global publicly-listed companies, and private equity funds. He also regularly conducts compliance due diligence exercises on corporate acquisitions, private equity investments, and other business transactions.
