James Manzione is a tax associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Manzione focuses his practice on the taxation of transactions involving real estate (including REITs), private equity, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and restructuring.
Mr. Manzione received his Juris Doctor cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2016 and his Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Michigan in 2012. In law school, he was an editor for the New York University Journal of Law and Business and a Robert McKay scholar. He also earned an LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2020.
