Thomas Moore

Associate Attorney

Thomas Moore is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn, where he practices in the firm's Litigation Department.

Before joining Gibson Dunn, Thomas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chad A. Readler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Thomas earned his law degree with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review. During law school, he won the Sidley Austin Prize for excellence in brief writing. Prior to law school, he received a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Brown University and graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics.

Thomas is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and the Tennessee State Bar, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Ninth Circuits.
