Reka Palla is an Of Counsel in the Madrid office of Gibson Dunn. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Capital Markets Practice Groups.
Reka’s practice focuses on M&A, including complex cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. She has also advised on corporate governance and capital markets matters, including IPOs and share capital increases, and has worked with multinationals, private equity funds and family-owned businesses.
