Josh Panas is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on real estate law, with a particular focus on real estate finance, including CMBS, mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loan originations, restructurings, syndications, and secondary market transactions. Josh regularly represents major institutional lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions involving a wide range of real estate assets. He also represents lenders in the negotiation of servicing agreements.
