His practice covers the finance aspects of restructuring such as credit facilities, debt restructuring (including debt equity swap), sales of business plans and new money funding. Mr. Peugnet is indeed a part of multidisciplinary team that proposes an innovative approach, as they for instance introduced fiducie structures or golden shares.

He is also experienced in insolvency litigation, representing clients in insolvency proceedings litigation, debtors’ recourse, receivables disputes, appeals against safeguard or rehabilitation plans, or disputes related to the appointment of controllers. His litigation practice also encompasses general commercial litigation or arbitration, with a focus on expertise disputes, industrial and product liability.
